Coach Mike
FOUNDER
Mike Quackenbush, now in his 29th year of professional wrestling, has been training fellow wrestlers since the Nineties. Mike is one of the most resourceful teachers on the scene today: he’s even periodically served as a guest coach at the WWE's Performance Center and functioned as a consultant for their NXT brand. One of the best-known, and most-consistent independent wrestlers of the modern age, Mike is also an author, having written nine books, and hundreds of published articles within the wrestling genre. To ensure the best possible experience for trainees, he completed Sensitivity Training with Logan Social Services in 2020. Mike has taught all over the US, Mexico, Canada, Japan, Australia and Europe.

Coach Ralph
Ralph Floyd, a 16-year pro, has amassed a wealth of experience wrestling across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. He is best known for his years wrestling as CHIKARA's "mad viking warrior," Oleg the Usurper. In addition to teaching fundamentals, he places a strong emphasis on the art of storytelling and showmanship. Coach Ralph is eager to share his wisdom on cutting promos, structuring matches, and enhancing wrestling characters. Along with co-founder Coach Danny Rowe, Ralph leads the "Pro Wrestling Workout" at The Wrestle Factory every Thursday night.

Coach Sean
Sean Devlin joined the Wrestle Factory in 2006 as part of the 8th term of trainees. Having performed across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, Coach Sean has been known by a variety of ring names through the years; from Dasher Hatfield to Create-A-Wrestler to Avery Good. He retired from active competition in 2022, and has turned his attention to helping develop the next generation of professional wrestlers. Coach Sean is renowned for his unsurpassed work ethic and his dedication to his trainees' success.

Coach Danny
Danny Rowe became a member of the Wrestle Factory faculty in 2023. Known as Danny Danger during his active years, he toured the US for a decade, and made his national television debut on WWE's ECW brand. After a decade of active performing, Coach Danny retired from the ring, and then aimed his unwavering dedication toward nurturing and guiding the aspiring Wrestle Factory trainees. Additionally, Coach Danny can be found at the Wrestle Factory hosting Thursday's "Pro-Wrestling Workout" alongside Coach Ralph, offering everyone the opportunity to train like a professional.

Coach CC
CC Boost, a 9-year pro, graduated from the Wrestle Factory in 2014. Innovative and dedicated, boost has competed across the United States as well as in multiple countries around the world. His wide diversity of experience in the ring, combined with his own personal style of teaching, has turned boost into a coach that pushes his students to be the best, while finding new ways to better themselves. A cc boost class is guaranteed to keep students on their toes and challenge them to try something new.

Coach Larry
Larry Peace has been refereeing matches for over 26 years now. A well-traveled and seasoned pro, Coach Larry leads our Wednesday night practice sessions, helping wrestlers shape their matches while teaching our aspiring referees the ins and outs of wearing the stripes. When he's not sharing his decades of experience with Wrestle Factory trainees, Coach Larry is still active on the circuit, officiating matches for wrestling organizations big and small.

Past Coaches
Since the day it opened back in 2002, training classes at the Wrestle Factory have been taught by company founder and owner Mike Quackenbush. In years past, fellow trainers have included the likes of Claudio Castagnoli (also known as “Cesaro,”) Sara Del Rey and Jorge Rivera. Since entering semi-retirement from in-ring action in 2013, Quackenbush has enlisted the aid of many of the Wrestle Factory's finest to assist with the growing demand for classes. Our faculty of coaches teach beginner level, intermediate and experienced performers.
