  • Mondays:
    6:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Core Curriculum/Mandatory Beginner Session)
    *Mandatory for Beginners*
    8:30 PM - 10:00 PM (Core Curriculum/Intermediate with Fire Ant)

  • Tuesdays:
    8:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Core Curriculum/Advanced with Mike Quackenbush)

  • Wednesdays:
    6:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Open Session/All Ability Levels)
    8:30 PM - 10:30 PM (Core Curriculum/Intermediate with Juan Francisco de Coronado)

  • Thursdays:
    6:15 PM - 8:00 PM (Olympic Wrestling with Rory Gulak)
    8:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Core Curriculum/Advanced with Hallowicked)

  • Saturdays:
    12:30 PM - 2:30 PM (Tiered Classes with Mike Quackenbush)

  • Sundays:
    11:30 AM - 1:30 PM (Fitness Initiative with Icarus)
    3:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Tiered Classes)
